SAVINA Putty is produced in accordance with the Japanese technology transfer and used as a perfect coating for smoothening the wall surface and ceiling before painting.

Methods of use
Prepare the wall surface:
The surfaces of the concrete or mortar should be clean and in good structure.
The surfaces of the concrete or mortar should not be too dry.
The old paint coatings or fungus on old surfaces (if any) should be removed.
Mixing:
- Mix 1 packs of 10kg plaster powder with about 5 litters of clean water (about 0.5 litter of water/1kg plaster powder). To get the high quality of the mixture, the water should be poured slowly to avoid curdles.
- After mixing, let it wait for 5-7 minutes and mix again before coating.

Coating methods
- Use chopper to press the plaster powder on to smoothen the wall.
- One thin coating should be made first, let it dry and then do the second one.
- Let the second coating dry and then polish the wall by chopper or let it completely dry and then smoothen the wall by sandpaper.
- Thickness of the two coatings should be 1-2 mm and should not be more.
